Shipping and Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-5 business days from the date of your order (please allow 5-7 business days for processing and manufacturing from Carver, Classic Accessories or Coverking as your purchase will be manufactured to your specifications). ALL Goldline RV Covers will ship out in 2-3 weeks as they are custom manufactured per order. Please allow 1-6 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the delivery date. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. When installing your cover Please be sure the unit is clean and sharp objects are covered accordingly when to prevent any damage. A dirty, ripped, scratched or torn cover cannot be returned for a refund. Manufacturers warranty information can be found by clicking the "Featured Manufacturers" tab at the top of our homepage. A warranty may be void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Your satisfaction and shopping experience is our main concern. If you have any problems with your item don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our products. A refund less shipping charges will be issued on any product returned new, unused, with all materials, parts, and accessories included within 30 days of the purchase date. All manufactures have a restocking fee of 25% on any returned product that does not have a defect. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges from the manufacturer or supplier for returning your item. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
